Josh graduated from the University of Utah and brings with him a great enthusiasm for excellent customer service. A native of Indiana, Josh has a great work ethic and a background of management and leadership from his previous employment.
Aside from his career in Insurance, Josh is also a Dad to Blakely, Indy, Koa, and Covey. Get to know Josh - you will be impressed!
Away from the office you might find Josh playing pickleball on one of the few courts here in San Clemente, playing volleyball with a church league or continuing his love of soccer as a player and spectator. Josh played for Southern Virginia University, but now mostly kicks a ball around with his kids and helps coach them.
Salma grew up in San Clemente. She earned her insurance license and started her insurance career in 2018. She grew up speaking both English and Spanish and is comfortable and fluent in both.
Salma loves to learn and develop skills and strategies to improve her effectiveness as an insurance agent, and she enjoys people and assisting them with their insurance needs.
Outside of work and school, Salma enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Harlow.
Maria is an Orange County native who graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2017.
She began her insurance career during her last year of college and has been working in insurance ever since. What she loves most is connecting with clients, ensuring they understand their policies, providing them with the best coverage to suit their specific needs. She is proud to offer her services in both English and Spanish.
In her free time, Maria enjoys family adventures exploring different local parks and trying out new restaurants!
Heidi plays an important role in supporting clients with their personal lines insurance needs, including auto and home coverage. She understands that insurance is about more than policies — it’s about protecting what matters most. With a detail-oriented approach and genuine care for each client, Heidi helps ensure questions are answered promptly, coverage changes are handled efficiently, and every client feels supported and valued.
Heidi has been married to David for 25 years, and together they have raised four wonderful children: Derek, Tyler, Kylie, and Tori. Family is at the center of her life, and she treasures time spent together making memories.
Outside of work, Heidi loves to bake — especially homemade bread and rolls — and enjoys sharing what she makes with family and friends. She also enjoys playing pickleball and hiking, staying active while spending time outdoors. She is involved in her church community and finds great fulfillment in serving others. Her heart for people and commitment to family and community are evident in all that she does.
David brings more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in personal lines coverage including auto and home insurance. He is passionate about helping clients understand their coverage options and feel confident that their families, homes, and assets are properly protected.
David believes insurance should never feel confusing or impersonal — his goal is to provide clear guidance, dependable service, and long-term support built on trust.
Outside of the office, David has been married to his wife, Heidi, for 25 years and is the proud father of four children: Derek, Tyler, Kylie, and Tori. He is actively involved in his church community, where he volunteers and helps lead a youth group — something he finds both meaningful and rewarding.
When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find David playing pickleball, traveling with his family, or exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie. His commitment to service extends far beyond the workplace and is reflected in every relationship he builds.
After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1980 with a degree in Accounting, Jerry worked for GTE (Verizon) for 15 years. He married Barbara in 1995, moved to San Clemente and switched from a corporate career to managing General Insurance Services.
In addition to helping our insureds, he enjoys spending time with his large, blended family, serving in his church congregation, playing volleyball and pickleball, bike riding and reading.
He feels fortunate to have learned Spanish while on a 2-year mission to Argentina prior to college, which allows him to better help our Spanish speaking insureds.
Barbara grew up in the Insurance Agency that her father, Herbert Brown started in 1947 and ran out of their West Los Angeles home. After receiving her college degree and teaching credential she looked forward to a career in education. However, her dad realized how valuable she was to the Agency, and soon had Barbara involved full time.
Herb moved the Agency from West Los Angeles to Orange County in 1975 and the extended family all relocated to South Orange County. Barbara took over the Agency in 1994, a year before marrying Jerry.
She has loved the flexibility to schedule her work hours around her children’s schedule throughout the years. She enjoys using her insurance knowledge and rich life experiences to help and counsel others.
