Josh graduated from the University of Utah and brings with him a great enthusiasm for excellent customer service as a newly licensed Agent. A native of Indiana, Josh has a great work ethic and a background of management and leadership from his previous employment.

After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1980 with a degree in Accounting, Jerry worked for GTE (Verizon) for 15 years. He married Barbara in 1995, moved to San Clemente and switched from a corporate career to managing General Insurance Services.

Barbara grew up in the Insurance Agency that her father, Herbert Brown started in 1947 and ran out of their West Los Angeles home. After receiving her college degree and teaching credential she looked forward to a career in education. However, her dad realized how valuable she was to the Agency, and soon had Barbara involved full time.
